Accessible only after a long and strenuous trek through mountain paths and staircases, one reaches the summit, 1035 meters above sea level, and is rewarded with spectacular views of Petra. Two seven meter-high obelisks lie at the top. they are believed to represent the two most important Nabataean gods, Dushara and Al'Uzza.
